Backstory

Sgt. Arkais commands the 101st Breacher Squad of the Imperial Navy Galley "Ardent Journey". His disciplined leadership and his strong ties to the elite Astra Militarum Commando units often travelling on the Galley made his unit an elite team regularly dispatched to offensive actions.

Breacher Sergeant

Sgt. Arkais served with the Astra Militarum as non-commissioned officer before being recruited by the Captain of the "Ardent Journey". He still maintains and enjoys good relations with the ground troop passengers of the ship, often joining training exercises with his boarding team, to educate both his men and the Imperial soldiers.

Porec has a knack for explosives which he constantly improves by experimenting with new mixtures and tools.

Davos enjoys nothing more than lighting up the dark tunnels of a ship's bowels with the heavy las-fire from his hotshot gun, and see his victims scramble as they seek cover from his fusillade.

Vardant & Prost are proficient in serving their enemies nasty surprises, flanking them in adjacent passageways. One cuts a hole into bulwarks, right next to their entrenched positions, the other lays into them with his axe the next moment.

Voidsmen HELIOS & GALVAN

Endurant & Surveyor

Sgt ARKAIS' tactics depend on superior information in obscure conditions.It is HELIOS' task to supply that, moving into forward position, protected by GALVAN's storm shield, to scope out enemy positions and weaknesses.
